Bonterra Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon
Just tasted a 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon from Bonterra Vineyards today and found it to be delightful. A full body taste with hint of blackberry. The one thing that would make it better would be a couple more years in the bottle.
Bonterra Vineyards grows their grapes organically which yields a healthy wine free of toxins.
Very enjoyable and recommended.
