Scott Young has written in simple lesson by lesson format just how to make a great batch of homemade wine easily.  If you follow each lesson carefully in his manual, Delicious Wine Making Made Easy, you will most certainly be successful.

Scott Young positively knows what he is talking about and that is evident after analyzing the first section of this informative guide.   Delicious Wine Making Made Easy is arranged into 15 lessons that are amazingly well written and composed.

You must skip even one lesson or step, for your first batch of wine could easily be turned into several bottles of vinegar.  Scott gives valuable advice on exactly what goods you will need, how much and where to find them.  You will also gain the information on the list below and more:

•    Preparation, fermentation and wine storage.
•    Collecting needed supplies.
•    Time management
•    Proper sanitizing.
•    The perfect work space.
•    Counter top space.
•    The importance of each lesson.
•    Cleaning your work space
•    The final product

Lesson three contains suggestions and recommendations for choosing just the right wine making items for the type of wine you want to make.

There are fifteen lessons in all, each one just as informative and important as the previous. The last chapter contains lessons 11 – 15 which supply additional tips on upgrading and improving recipes and techniques.

The icing on the cake is the appendices. These include more great ideas for tasting and presenting your final product.

Scott Young’s book “Delicious Wine Making Made Easy” is something any potential fruit winemaker needs to have in their library. Scott can now add to his title of “winemaker,” the title of “author” and “teacher.”

There are a couple of other great wine making books currently available that I would like to also mention the handbook The Ultimate Fruit Wine Maker’s Guide and Making Incredible Wine are two that are recommended reading as wine making reference manuals.
